Delivery and Returns

Amanda Coleman’s jewellery is either in stock or made to order. Delivery is usually between 1 and 7 days. Sometimes an item may take longer than 7 days to deliver but if this is the case then you will always be informed. We usually can hurry things along a little bit If you need something urgently for a specific date. If this is the case then please either email or telephone to see if we can deliver the item in time.

Postage - UK and Ireland

Please select either recorded signed for delivery (£3.75) or next day special delivery (£6.60). The postal options are on the checkout page. All delivery methods will require a signature on arrival.

Postage - International

We are happy to send items anywhere in the world. All items are sent by either royal mail 'International signed for' or 'Air Sure'. The postage cost is £9.50. Please note if your order is being sent to a country outside of the EU you will be liable for any customs and/or import duties imposed by your country.

Packaging

All items of jewellery are gift packaged in branded 'Amanda Coleman Jewellery' gift boxes.

Returning the Jewellery

We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and excellence in Customer Service, therefore we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery. If however, in the rare occasion you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them, unworn within 28 days and we’ll exchange them or refund your money.

• To arrange a return please email returns@amandacoleman.co.uk quoting your order number, name, address, telephone number, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
• During the Christmas season, we extend the returns policy if the products you would like to return were a gift. 
• All items returned must be unworn and undamaged.
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.
• Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Amanda Coleman packaging. Please pack the item carefully. 
• Please note that Amanda Coleman Jewellery cannot refund postage and packaging charges, nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.
• Returned items should be sent to: Amanda Coleman Jewellery, PO Box 1217, Lincoln, LN5 5GG. 
• We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
