| Shopping on amandacoleman.co.uk is safe and easy |

Simply browse through our catalogue sections and click an image to view product detail and price. When you see something you'd like to purchase, click 'Add to cart'. Confirm the quanitity of your order when prompted and then continue shopping by pressing the 'Add more' icon. When you're ready to purchase your products, click the 'view cart' icon on any product detail page. Your shopping cart will appear, click the 'checkout' icon to proceed with your transaction. You will be asked to confirm your order details and provide your address where your credit card is registered on the form. There is a box to enter further information. If you are purchasing a ring enter in this box the size you require or if you need a different length bracelet or necklace to our standard sizes. Also enter in here if you require the jewellery to be sent to a different address. Click 'continue' you will be given the option of paying over the internet on our secure server which has a 128-bit encryption or a member of our staff will contact you to take the payment. |

| The security of your order information and personal details (including your credit or debit card details) is of top priority to Amanda Coleman Jewellery. We use up-to-the-minute Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your personal information in encrypted. This means that your credit card details remain scrambled when they pass over the web. You can confirm the security of your connection to the checkout page by checking the bottom of your browser window. When the connection is secure you will see a closed lock. We are in no doubt that it is completely secure to order online, however, we would be pleased to receive your credit or debit card details by phone or fax if you prefer. Your card details are not held on the Internet. Once payment has been validated and authorisation approved, the card details are deleted. This means that you will have to repeat your card details for every online order - a small inconvenience, but one that makes it completely safe to order online. If you prefer to order any of the goods featured on our website by phone or fax, please call 01522 520600 or fax 01522 520600 with your ordering information and credit or debit card details, including expiry date, and card issue number for Switch cards and the 3 digit securitycode on the back.
