The jewellery is either in stock or made to order. Delivery is usually between 1 and 7 days. Sometimes an item may take longer than 7 days to deliver but if this is the case then you will be informed. If you need something urgently for a specific date then please either email or telephone to see if we can deliver the item in time

| Postage - UK and Ireland |

We send all items by next day special delivery. The items will require a signature on arrival. The standard postage charge is £5.50.

| Postage - International |
|
We are happy to send items anywhere in the world. We send the items by royal mail 'International signed for' or 'Air Sure'. The postage usually costs between £8 - £11. The website automatically adds on the standard UK postage so the difference will be calculated and added onto your order when it is ready to be despatched. You will be contacted prior to posting and advised of the amount. If you are outside the EU the VAT (17.5%) will also be deducted from your order. Your payment will not be taken until the jewellery is ready to be sent.

All items of jewellery are gift packaged in branded 'Amanda Coleman Jewellery' boxes

| Satisfaction guarantee |
|
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 30 days and we'll exchange them or refund your money. We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered.
During the Christmas season, we are extend the returns policy if the products you would like to return were a gift.

| Returning the goods |

Returned items should be sent to: Amanda Coleman Jewellery, PO Box 1217, Lincoln, LN5 5GG We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
